The state of West Virginia gave away money, guns, and trucks for prizes and the governor's dog issued a special plea ("do it for Babydog"), but West Virginia still did not meet Governor Jim Justice's goal of 65% WV residents with at least one coronavirus shot by June 20th. The Associated Press reported earlier this week that last Friday Justice appointed Greg Thomas to the governing body of West Virginia Public Broadcasting. According to the AP:
