In fairness to the editor, the first sentences was changed but the rest of today's lead editorial, "Help Hospitals Weather Storm," is exactly the same as last Wednesday's lead editorial, "Hospitals Face New Surge of Patients."
This is not an isolated incidence -- it is the third time in the last four . . .
