As you probably know, Robert Murray, CEO of Murray Energy, filed a defamation suit against John Oliver and HBO for a segment on his show, "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver," did a couple of weeks ago on coal that featured Murray. Early this morning, the United States Senate rejected an attempt by Republicans to repeal major portions of Obamacare. The vote was 51-49 with Republicans McCain, Murkowski and Collins joining all Democrats to defeat the bill.
