Last May, WV Rep. David McKinley was among 18 Republican congressmen who nominated Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. (I wrote about it here.) As you are probably aware, the president did not get the prize. Apparently, Trump is still upset that he didn't win but Obama did. At this morning's press conference, he claims that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has recently nominated him.
