It’s the no-context party!
Is it part of their hypocrisy or are they just rubbing the Democrats’ faces in it?
In a tweet earlier today, the West Virginia GOP quotes the Senate Democratic Minority Leader, Charles Schumer:
Senate Democrats have agreed, the Supreme Court needs 9 justices to function properly:

Context? Schumer said this on September 27, 2016 – over six months after President Obama nominated Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court. That year, Senate Republicans totally ignored the Obama nominee.
That was then and this is now as West Virginia’s Senator Capito and her fellow Republicans sing a different tune:
