Good for Senator Shelley
From NBC Capitol Hill correspondent Garrett Haake:
WV’s @SenCapito today defended @Liz_Cheney as “bold and truthful into her truth,” and warned her party that actions against Cheney “could start narrowing the tent, which I think this will do. And that concerns me greatly.” pic.twitter.com/aYel1fOxXw

Senator Joe is still believing in Republicans
.@Sen_JoeManchin: “I can assure you there are Republicans working with Democrats who want to make something happen and something work.” pic.twitter.com/bkrAN9l2vL

Yes, Senator, but what about what Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said yesterday?
In case you missed it, here is what McConnell said yesterday (and today)
Sen. Mitch McConnell yesterday: “100 percent of my focus is on stopping this new administration.”

Sen. Mitch McConnell today: blames the administration and Democrats for the lack of bipartisanship. pic.twitter.com/ke1H8nFGL8
Maybe I'm misreading the majority leader, but it sure sounds like he's not going to be very cooperative.
5/7 Update -- when a "100% effort" doesn't mean everything
Senator Capito claims that McConnell "went a little further than I'd like to see" but still claims that he still support her efforts:
GOP’s infrastructure point woman @SenCapito says @LeaderMcConnell “has green lighted everything that I’m doing” in negotiating with Dems. She expects to have to convince Biden/Dems that McConnell’s focus on opposition doesn’t include infrastructure. Only on @MSNBC pic.twitter.com/eBHrvwusgm
