So, if I understand this correctly, WV state senator Mike Stuart will soon introduce a bill that would use West Virginia tax dollars to help the Texas governor defy a court order. Not that WV doesn’t have more worthy causes, but does WV AG candidate Stuart have any respect for the rule of law?

It's not perfect, but it does have bipartisan support including those who deal with it on a daily basis:

Consequently, the bill is dead.
