The "news" report claims without explaining:
Capito played a big role in continued funding for the arena throughout the pandemic and says it's an important place to keep going.
Free air time for nothing substantial -- this is why incumbents seldom lose. While Capito certainly knows how to use the media, the local master of this is local congressman David McKinley.
