Is it appropriate for the state's chief legal officer to comment on this without having seen the actual indictment? Of course, appropriateness has never stopped Morrisey before. I've also asked this before: does this man have a real law degree?

West Virginia Treasurer Riley Moore soon followed:

No rational person can look at the facts of each case and conclude Hunter Biden should walk free, but Donald Trump should be indicted.

Like Riley Moore, Mooney invokes "George Soros" -- I didn't realize that this antisemitic stuff played that well to the base. And of the three reactions, Mooney easily wins the "Most Bizarre Sentence Award":
