On a side note, if you work or have worked in higher education, I highly recommend following Associate Deans @ass_deans. ("Making fun of middle management in colleges and universities. Because you can never have too many associate deans conspiring to be THE dean.") No one on Twitter (that I've seen) captures the higher education workplace better or with as much (often, dark) humor. For example, on this topic:
