Fox News did take it down. As The Washington Post described:

On Wednesday afternoon, a Fox News spokesperson told The Washington Post that “the chyron was taken down immediately and was addressed.”

But:

Another on-screen graphic Tuesday night told viewers, “Shameful Hillary Gloats About Her Emails as Trump is Arraigned in Miami,” after Hillary Clinton tweeted a link to buy a “But Her Emails” hat.

Obviously, Fox can’t help itself:

After months of silence, Senator Shelley Moore Capito finally comments on Donald Trump

At last, a statement by WV's Republican senator! From Politico’s congressional bureau chief:

Capito neutral but addressed the implications of Trump's latest indictment. Said it'll be "difficult" for him “These are serious charges. And they need to be taken seriously by everybody. And as these things unfold, they tend to get bigger because there’s additive information"
