Manchin election stuff
The senator is going out of his way to alienate Democrats -- who does he think will vote for him once Justice joins the battle?
Picking a fight with the Biden administration:
The Biden administration is breaking its word to the American public by ignoring the text of the #InflationReductionAct to pursue its radical climate agenda. Let me be clear: if this continues, I'll do everything in my power to stop them — including voting to repeal the IRA. pic.twitter.com/d1l4SUUYcN

Acting like a Republican:
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) speaks in support of Sen. Tommy Tuberville's (R-AL) resolution to rescind the VA's coverage of abortions in cases of rape or threat to a woman's health/life:

And how about fundraising? He is doing well with his wealthy corporate donor base -- see here. Otherwise:

Appearing last night on Fox with Sean Hannity:
.@Sen_JoeManchin blasts Joe Biden's 'deficiency of leadership,' accuses his own party of abusing their power: 'They broke their word to the American public.' pic.twitter.com/TVWVrvrist

Trusting Fox News:
Did the Senator really think that Hannity and Fox News were his friends? This article appeared on the Fox News site yesterday:
Joe Manchin quietly lobbied Biden admin to grant funding to campaign treasurer's organization
And the article contains this sub-headline:
Joe Manchin has helped steer millions in federal funds to groups linked to his wife
If his ego could stand it, perhaps Manchin ought to run for governor against Patrick Morrisey.
Just noticed this. In the Hannity interview, Manchin confesses: "I think about that every day: why am I a Democrat?" You're not the only one, Senator.
