Sorry, Mike, but the West Virginia attorney general’s primary role is not to protect West Virginians “from radical liberals and climate crazies”

From West Virginia’s “Mission of the Office of the Attorney General”:

The overarching mission of the Office of the Attorney General, as set forth in the West Virginia Constitution and the West Virginia Code, is to serve as the chief legal officer for the State of West Virginia. The Attorney General Speaks for the legal interests of the State.

But Republican AG candidate Mike Stuart, earlier today, spoke only for Donald Trump and his supporters in defining the role of the attorney general:

Note that the first four items on Stuart’s list are about Donald Trump and have nothing to do with protecting West Virginians. Obviously, Stuart is more interested in defended Donald Trump, a convicted rapist who still faces 91 felony charges, than serving all West Virginians. You would also think that someone running to become the state’s chief legal officer would show some respect for the legal system by allowing the various charges against the former president to work their way through the system. And you would be wrong – Stuart is only about serving Donald Trump.

Stuart claims the support of veterans

I give up. So why is Donald Trump in this picture? I guess Stuart can’t help himself; but he has to be aware of Trump’s long history of trashing veterans. A sample:
