Answer: Lying while practicing his usual sycophancy and hypocrisy
Question: What has WV2’s congressman, Riley Moore, been doing lately?
Coal!
Here is WV2 congressman, Riley Moore, earlier this week:
Our new American Golden Age will be COAL-FIRED!! https://t.co/ztEj8WFmvK

So how did coal miners do in the last “American Golden Age” for coal under Trump (2017-20)? From the New York Times, here is what happened to the coal industry in Trump’s first administration:
Mr. Trump oversaw coal’s decline, not its salvation. Despite the fact that Mr. Trump gutted climate regulations and appointed a coal lobbyist to lead the country’s top environmental agency, 75 coal-fired power plants closed and the industry shed about 13,000 jobs during his presidency.
“Not a single coal miner went back to work or power plant saved,” said Erin E. Bates, a spokeswoman for the United Mine Workers of America, the labor organization representing coal miners.
Of course, facts are irrelevant to politicians like Riley Moore when their only need is for an occasional pat on the head:

And never mind the huge stock market crash and recession threat, our congressman reassures us that Trump’s tariffs are the “biggest deal” since the Louisiana Purchase:

The Louisiana Purchase?!
And then there is Riley Moore on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Here is Moore, ten months ago:
Who your friends are says a lot about a person, and RFK’s friends are climate zealot whackjobs that want America to follow China’s lead on energy policies.

The America First movement won’t be fooled by this guy. https://t.co/Z6V6LqFB13
Kennedy’s whackjob friends apparently disappeared two months ago as our new congressman embraced Kennedy:
It's time to confirm RFK and Make America Healthy Again! https://t.co/0CFZ0JesKr

For Riley Moore, what possibly could have changed beyond Trump appointing him to head Health and Human Services? Perhaps it is RFK’s fondness for nicotine pouches? As I have noted previously, our congressman has posted about his use of the product on a couple of occasions. (See here and here, for examples.) And at RFK’s confirmation hearing:
Hypocrite RFK Jr.’s Senate nicotine pouch wrecks his own health agenda https://t.co/BXpGD2Grsg pic.twitter.com/DYI5019gHN

Practicing what they preach, Moore and RFK, Jr. will certainly make America healthy again.
Finally, there are the possible Medicaid cuts. Last month, from WBOY at Moore’s office ribbon cutting ceremony:
In the Wednesday interview, Rep. Moore spoke about constituents’ concerns about the possibility of programs like Medicaid getting cuts after House Republicans adopted a budget plan in early March that instructs the Energy and Commerce Committee which oversees Medicaid and Medicare funding to cut more than $800 billion dollars over a 10-year period.
Moore said the goal is to not affect those who need coverage.
“Cuts are if you’re taking Medicaid away from illegal immigrants, that’s a cut, right? If people are gaming the system, there’s waste, fraud, abuse, that is a cut. What we’re not wanting to cut is for people who qualify for these programs, that’s not what we’re going to cut.”
We shall see, Congressman. (Just in case, I'll be saving this quote.)
